Mountain Springs Church Invites the Community to Celebrate Easter with Worship, Baptisms, and Fellowship

Colorado Springs, CO – Mountain Springs Church welcomes the community to celebrate the hope and restoration found in Jesus Christ this Easter. With a full weekend of worship services, baptisms, and family-friendly activities, guests are invited to experience the transformative power of the cross and resurrection.

Easter weekend services will be held in-person and online, beginning with Good Friday services on April 18 at 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. These reflective gatherings will focus on the sacrifice of Jesus, marking the moment when God’s love and grace were fully displayed through the cross. Children’s programming (MSCKids) will be available for ages 12 weeks through 1st grade.

Easter celebrations continue with Saturday services on April 19 at 3:30, 5:00, and 6:30 p.m., followed by Sunday services on April 20 at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 a.m. Each service will feature powerful worship, a message of hope, and Easter baptisms—a meaningful moment where individuals publicly declare their faith in Christ. Before and after services, attendees can enjoy coffee, photo booths, and opportunities to connect with the Mountain Springs community.

For families with young children, a family-friendly venue and MSCKids programming (available for ages 6 weeks through 3 years) will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, a sensory room will be open during both Good Friday services and all three Easter Sunday morning services to accommodate children with special needs. Families planning to use this resource are encouraged to reach out in advance to ensure the best experience.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes before each service to enjoy a warm welcome and find a seat. Mountain Springs Church embraces a casual and welcoming atmosphere—whether attendees prefer jeans and a flannel or their Easter best, all are invited to come as they are.

As part of the celebration, baptisms will take place on Easter Sunday, offering those who have decided to follow Christ an opportunity to publicly share their faith. Those interested in being baptized can sign up in advance.
